Help In PH provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Metro Manila, including but not limited to:

  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Disinfection services
  • Office and commercial cleaning

Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on location, property type, and specific requirements. All services are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation.

Service Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

To book cleaning services, you must:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
  • Select desired service type and scheduling preferences
  • Confirm availability and pricing with our team
  • Agree to payment terms and service conditions

Scheduling and Changes

Once a service is scheduled, you will receive confirmation with appointment details. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any associated fees will be communicated during the booking process.

Access Requirements

You are responsible for providing appropriate access to your property at the scheduled service time. This includes ensuring someone is available to grant entry or providing alternative access arrangements. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

Pricing for our services is based on factors including property size, service type, frequency, and specific requirements. We provide transparent flat-rate pricing with no hidden charges. Final pricing will be confirmed before service booking.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during booking. Late payments may incur additional fees as communicated in your service agreement.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Services beyond the agreed scope
  • Excessive property conditions requiring extra time or resources

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Ensure property access at scheduled times
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before service
  • Inform us of any specific concerns, allergies, or special requirements
  • Notify us of any hazardous conditions or materials present
  • Ensure pets are secured during service
  • Provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms

Our Responsibilities and Limitations

Service Standards

We commit to:

  • Providing trained and supervised cleaning crews
  • Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Respecting your property and privacy
  • Delivering services according to agreed specifications
  • Maintaining reasonable insurance coverage

Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

  • Cleaning of biohazardous materials or sewage
  • Removal of mold, asbestos, or other hazardous substances
  • Cleaning of items requiring specialized treatment without prior arrangement
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances unless specifically agreed
  • Repairs or maintenance work beyond cleaning services

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our cleaning operations. In the event of damage caused by our negligence during service delivery, we will work to resolve the issue fairly. However, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our actions and does not extend to:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Damage resulting from client's failure to disclose property conditions
  • Items not secured as recommended
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Claims Process

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all valid claims and work toward appropriate resolution. Claims must include documentation and reasonable evidence of the damage.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Help In PH website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Help In PH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with clients who:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Fail to make timely payments
  • Engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
  • Create unsafe working conditions

Clients may terminate regular service agreements by providing reasonable notice as specified in their service contract.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with Philippine law, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Help In PH, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our services
  • Information you provide that is inaccurate or misleading
  • Your failure to meet client responsibilities outlined in these Terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide quality services, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will meet all your expectations or be error-free, though we commit to addressing any issues that arise.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
